Estel Blay is an Aerospace Engineer with over 14 years of experience in the UK, Spain, and the USA. Specialising in Earth Observation within the space sector, Estel has expertise in business development, market presence, and team leadership. Currently, as the Senior Business Development Manager at GlobalTrust, Estel focuses on the companies’ commercial strategy, enhancing sustainability through the use of satellite data and AI. Previously, in various roles at Satellite Applications Catapult, Estel developed program strategies, managed resources, and engaged stakeholders, contributing to the growth of the UK space sector. Academically, Estel holds a Ph.D. in Aerospace Science and Technology and a Master’s degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, with ongoing law studies at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
