B.Sc. in Pharmacy, M.A. in Science Communication, and Ph.D. candidate in Communication and design. Outreach technician at Institut de Neurociències de la UAB, and poetry writer.
Roser Bastida is a pharmacist specialized in science communication. She is currently working at the Institut de Neurociències of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona as an outreach technician, while also pursuing a PhD in Communication and Design at UVic–Universitat Central de Catalunya. A passionate reader and writer, she is the author of two poetry books: Fauna Autòctona. Poemes d’Ullapool (Documents Documenta) and Ballant amb l’heura (Témenos Edicions), which won the Jove Niu d’Art Poètic Prize in 2014. She was one of the editors of the literary and graphic magazine Branca, and co-curator of the exhibition L’ull de veure aparicions, on poetic creation, at the Fundació Brossa-Centre de les Arts Lliures.
