Physician specialized in Nuclear Medicine and holder of a law degree, with two M.B.A. in Health Management and a Ph.D. in Medicine. Founder of Humanity4Health and member of the UB-FSM Chair of Spiritual Health and Humanization

Marta Milà began her career as a Nuclear Medicine Physician 25 years ago. Throughout this time, she has completed a Ph.D., a Law degree, and two M.B.A in Health Management. Alongside her professional development, she has always been deeply committed to sharing knowledge, contributing to national Nuclear Medicine associations and the university, being an Associate Professor at the Medical and PhD School of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV). Her dedication also extends to research and innovation. She has launched a personal initiative, Humanity4Health, which explores the importance of humanization in healthcare. This line of work is closely connected to her membership to the UB-FSM Chair of Spiritual Health and Humanization, where research, communication, and training projects are carried out to highlight this often overlooked aspect of people’s well-being. Currently, Marta works in Public Health Management with the aim of ensuring a high quality, humane and participatory healthcare, with citizens and health professionals playing an active role.
